UX WrITING

Empathy and attention to details make for a good user experience. Commissioned by HKT, the Club (an online retail platform) and Club Travel were amongst my first all-inclusive UX writing ventures. Having worked on various digital-heavy pitches and projects, the team and I are accustomed to designing apps and websites with ultra-visible touchpoints and a polished browsing experience.
