ST. george's mansions

The up-market residence perches in a traditionally affluent neighbourhood of Kong Kong. From rounds of pitching to the phased launches, our creative and actual deliverables were all decadently constructed, as befits the project's premium positioning.

The new residence, Sablier, was a joint venture of Chevalier Group and the Urban Renewal Authority. Between the home buyer, the renewal-pending district, and Chevalier Group, whose real estate business was on hiatus before this project, 'times a-changing' was to become the overarching concept of this campaign.
